— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls.
— At 11:22 a.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Colby and Basin Springs roads.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:22 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Colby and Basin Springs roads.
— At 5 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to Clintonville Road for a smell of gas.
— At 12:29 a.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 240 Winn Ave. concerning downed utility lines.
— At 9:08 a.m. and 3:04 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel at 648 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 9:48 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1570 Little Stoner Road.
— At 11:22 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Rockwell Road and Mimosa Drive.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Reginald L. Knowles, 38, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree criminal trespass.
— Jennifer Lynn Smith, 38, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking (firearm) and was served a warrant.

— At 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 149 W. Broadway St. concerning a person with a pipe causing problems.
— At 8:12 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 20 Virginia Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 11:44 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 128 N. Maple St. concerning a stolen drill.
— At 11:49 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 106 Ginger Court after someone broke into a basement.
— At 1:16 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 267 April Way concerning a theft.
— At 2:21 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen custom bicycle.
— At 12:29 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 414 E. Broadway St. concerning an assault.
— At 5:02 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a stolen debit card.
— At 6:44 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive concerning a theft of medication.
— At 7:14 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 196 Tyler Banks Court concerning drug activity. Reginald L. Knowles was arrested and charged with multiple offenses.

Reports
— At 4:24 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 123 Inverness Lane concerning a theft of money from a residence.
Accidents
— At 11:12 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which Robert T. Benton of Lexington was traveling west when he went off the road to avoid an oncoming vehicle. Benton’s vehicle struck a fence and corn before coming to rest. Benton was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
