Martha J. Shearer, 85, widow of Ralph Shearer, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Clark Regional Medical Center.

A native of Clark County, she was born on December 14, 1931, to the late Pruitt and Nancy Lisle Vaughn. She was retired from GTE Sylvania, volunteered for several organizations and was a member of Forest Grove Christian Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Donna (George) Sebastian, Annella (Jeff) Durham and Sherry Childers; two step daughters, Saundra Shearer and Debra Adams; Four grandchildren, George Sebastian Jr., Stephanie Shuler, Ryan Adams, Megan Childers-Thomas; four great grandchildren; one sister, Lois A. Black; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10:00AM, Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Larry Deckard. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be George Sebastian Sr., Jeff Durham, George Sebastian Jr., Ryan Adams, Dwayne Shuler and Dale Vaughn. Honorary pallbearers will be Clark Regional Medical Center Auxiliary.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00PM, Friday, October 20, 2017 at Scobee Funeral Home.
