WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, two seizures and one overdose.

Reports

— At 1:15 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 5070 Old Boonesboro Road after someone entered a residence and took a Jeep Wrangler. Madison County deputies recovered the vehicle before it was reported stolen. Another vehicle at the residence was damaged as well.

— At 6:37 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 311 Jameson Way after a child was bitten by a dog. The child was bitten twice after the dog escaped its fenced area. It was placed in 10-day quarantine at the Clark County Animal Shelter to monitor for disease.

Accidents

— At 10:04 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Rickard Lane in which two approaching vehicles, driven by Austin L. Hammonds of Lexington and Graham V. Coston of Lexington, respectively, swerved to avoid each other as they crested a hill. The two vehicles collided. Coston was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:35 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 381 Killarney Drive for an investigation.

— At 10:22 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Colby Road.

— At 11:21 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to  grass fire at 427 Mount Vernon Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Edward Tyler Fugate, 18, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and unlawful transaction with a minor.

— Ashley A. Rowland, 25, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Tawana Woodall, 40, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking and third-degree criminal trespassing.

Reports

— At 2:07 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 375 E. Washington St. after two vending machines were damaged.

— At 3:26 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning vandalism at an apartment.

— At 4:08 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a recovered wallet.

— At 7:34 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 21 New St. concerning a person trespassing.
