The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Oct. 12, 2017, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Chris E. Calloway, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced three years concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced five years consecutive; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Eric L. Dennis, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day, sentencing Nov. 2.

— Gail M. Estes, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years and a day concurrent, sentencing Nov. 16.

— Tim Rose, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years and a day concurrent, sentencing Nov. 16.

— Amanda Florian, second-degree escape, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Nov. 16.

— Shammah Israel, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— William Edward owings, first-degree wanton endangerment (four counts), pleaded guilty, recommended four years concurrent; driving under the infulence, pleaded guilty, recommended four days, fined, 30-day license suspension; first-degree fleeing or evading police (two counts), dismissed;

resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; failure to maintain insurance, dismissed with proof shown; third-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; first-degree criminal mischief, dismissed; disregarding a stop sign, dismissed; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Nov. 16.

— Elizabeth Ball, facilitation to manufacturing methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years probation with long-term treatment.

— Melissa Deann Baber, third-degree assault, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for two years with mental health court; terroristic threatening, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 360 days concurrent.

— Brandon Flynn, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (five counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years concurrent, probated for three years with Montgomery County drug court.

— Jospeh Kennon, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year probated for five years.

— Natasha Stewart, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, diverted for three years.

— Amanda Ryan Thomas, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years.

— Amanda Thomas, receiving stolen property (firearm), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, concurrent with previous case.

— Amanda Ryan Thomas, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, consecutive to previous cases.

— Daniel Bakovic, theft by unlawful taking (auto), amended to misdemeanor, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diversion, return property, sentencing Nov. 16.

— Cory J. Cox, probation violation (two counts), stipulated to violation, probation reinstated, complete long-term treatment.

— Gina Jones, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation revoked, sentenced to one year.

— Kendra Clem, shock probation, granted, three years probation with long-term treatment.
