— Oliver S. Bond, no or expired registration plate, pleaded guilty, fined; failure to maintain insurance, pleaded guilty, fined; driving under the influence (second offense), amended to first offense, pleaded guilty, sentencing Dec. 18.

— Lamone Davis, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 90 days, restitution; contempt of court (three counts), dismissed.

— Leona L. Ferguson, failure to illuminate headlamps, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; possession of marijuana, dismissed.

— Harold Landsaw, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; reckless driving, dismissed.

— Traci Minniear, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 90 days.

— Michael Ray Stepp, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, sentencing Dec. 18.

— Christopher G. West, violation of EPO/DVO, pleaded guilty, 30 days, 29 days conditionally discharged.

— Holly Kanna Daniel, receiving stolen property, pre-trial diversion entered, 60 hours of community service.

—Nicki Fee, fourth-degree assault, dismissed.

— Nicki Fee, fraudulent use of a credit card, amended to theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, two days, restitution.

— Steven Fraley, alcohol intoxication, pleaded guilty, six days; fourth-degree assault, dismissed.

— Justin Trent, fourth-degree assault, amended to harassment, pleaded guilty, five days.

— Aleyda Hernandez-Arenas, fourth-degree assault, amended to disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, 90 days conditionally discharged, restitution.
