— Tracy Louise Jackson, making false statement to receive benefits, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Nov. 9.

— Tracy Louise Jackson, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years concurrent, consecutive to previous case; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 12 months concurrent; sentencing Nov. 9.

— Justin Todd Osborne, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 12 months concurrent; sentencing Nov. 9.

— John Douglas Combs, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years concurrent, consecutive to previous case; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 12 months concurrent; contempt of court, dismissed; sentencing Nov. 9.

— John Lukasavage, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended six months; possession of simulated controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended six months concurrent; fraudulent use of ID card for benefits, pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Nov. 9.

— Ashley Nicole Powell, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, (six counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent, sentencing Nov. 9.

— Ashley Nicole Powell, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended 180 days, concurrent with previous case fraudulent use of ID Card for benefits, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing Sept. 9.

— Daniel R. Townsend, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Nov. 9.

— Santana Townsend, second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing Nov. 9.

— Chistopher Bates, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Marcus Francis, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one years concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent.

— Terry Lee Tipton, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentence imposed.

— Ashley Edwards, diversion completed, charges dismissed.
