CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Stephen Green II, 32, of 690 Athens Boonesboro Road, was charged Wednesday with violation of conditions of release, resisting arrest and third-degree assault (two counts).

— Richard Bryant, 40, of 127 Blueberry Lane, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

Reports

— At 10:08 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 690 Athens Boonesboro Road concerning a person causing problems. Stephen Green II appeared to be intoxicated and became disorderly when placed under arrest. He repeatedly tried to kick the officers and was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 11:06 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 124 Blueberry Lane concerning a domestic assault. Richard Bryant was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

Accidents

— At 10:37 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Revilo Road in which Jean C. Todd of 952 Happy Top Road lost consciousness while driving. Her vehicle went through an intersection without stopping and struck a guardrail. Todd was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, one cardiac case, three respiratory cases, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 10:02 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 373 E. Washington St. concerning smoke coming from a washing machine. It was disconnected and removed from the building.

— At 7:35 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 64 at the 94 mile marker.

— At 8:16 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Bypass Road.

— At 11:31 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1101 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 7:35 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 94 mile marker.

— At 12:41 1 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a cal at 219 Hickory Lane.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Melissa Cress, 36, was charged Wednesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— Jeffery H. Plowman, 49, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.

— Jamie A. Stamper, 39, was charged Wednesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 9:29 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen firearm.

— At 4:34 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 121 Buckner St. after someone broke into a residence and took a lock box, medication and cash.

— At 8:43 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 701 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an assault.
