Respect no smoking at hospital

It was with great relief and satisfaction when I arrived at Clark Regional Medical Center that I noticed two benches had been installed outside the front entry way.
It was with greater relief I could use one of the benches while waiting for my ride. I am most thankful for the administration’s thoughtfulness and generosity for installing them.
However, I noted a flaw in the situation.
The hospital campus is a “no smoking” area. There were several cigarette butts around the benches. I hope the smokers will respect the hospital’s wishes so people can continue to have a place to sit while waiting for a ride or to enjoy the outdoors without smoking on the campus.
