The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 2, 2017, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Eric Q. Rogers, receiving stolen property (firearm), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent.

— Timothy Vancleve, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 7.

—Kenneth Newell Jarman, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Eric L. Dennis, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day.

—  Joseph Bandy, probation violation, diversion set aside, sentenced to one year.

— David Brandon Crowe, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

— Christopher Stapleton, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

The following civil cases were filed recently in Clark Circuit Court.

— Citizens Bank of Kentucky vs. estate and unknown heirs of Margaret K. Walsh and Jennifer Isaacs, seeking $37,064.26 plus interest for debt.

— Alyssa J. Hedrick vs. Adam Hedrick, transfer from Estill County.

— Cabinet for Health and Family Services vs. Donnie R. Patton, child support action.

— Heritage Acceptance Corp. vs. Yvonne Offutt and Kevin Offutt, seeking $8,029.06 pus interest for debt.

— Citimortgage vs. John Cole Waller, foreclosure.
