Charged

— Eric Lucas, 18, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Lisa Marie Martin, 43, was charged Tuesday with theft by deception.

— Chasity Brooke Sowder, 28, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking (two counts) and theft by unlawful taking (firearm).

— Dionne Shauntall Allen, 22, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

— Rose Marie Crim, 20, was charged Wednesday with receiving stolen property.

— Crystal Hall, 38, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking and public intoxication.

— At 12:04 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of two cases of beer.

— At 12:18 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a dispute between neighbors.

— At 1:04 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 239 College St. after a window was broken on a vehicle during the night.

— At 1:09 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 3:57 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Dairy Queen, 55 N. Main St., concerning an assault.

— At 9:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a report of shots fired outside the apartment building.

— At 11:31 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 105 Springmist Lane for a report of gunshots being heard.

— At 11:51 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a previous assault.

— At 1:34 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Crystal Hall was arrested for theft by unlawful taking and public intoxication.

— At 6:47 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walnut and Elm streets concerning a student on a school bus with a gun.

— At 7:28 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a property damage complaint.

— At 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning harassing communications.

— At 2:12 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1695 Bypass Road concerning a stalking complaint.

— At 4:53 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 420 S. Main St. concerning a stolen vehicle. Rose Marie Crim was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.

— At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1135 Dale Drive for a domestic disturbance. Dionne Shauntall Allen was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 10:35 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 156 Cook Ave. after a window on a vehicle was broken by a BB gun.

— At 11:06 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Broadway and Wall streets concerning a theft.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one stroke.

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, three diabetic cases and one seizure.

— At 11:26 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 4 W. Washington St. for an electrical fire.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 3:04 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Fastenal, 4733 Rockwell Road, for an alarm sounding. The manager found a shattered glass door and several tools were missing.

— At 7:19 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 3216 Mount Sterling Road concerning a theft of jewelry.

— At 12:27 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 1280 Kirt Drive concerning a theft of tools from a storage unit.

— At 1:33 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Shell Mart on Van Meter Road concerning a fraudulent use of a debit card.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:43 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 648 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— At 10:08 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a fuel spill at the rest area on Interstate 64.

— At 4:32 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 5:42 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 175 Old Muddy Creek Road.

— At 7:38 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Boonesboro and Tangle Ridge roads.
