WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one seizure.

— At 7:28 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an accident at 311 Frontier Way.

— At 7:38 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an accident at Boonesboro Road and Tangleridge Lane.

— At 3:03 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an accident at Boonesboro and Four Mile roads.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:04 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road.

— At 7:23 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a grass fire on the Mountain Parkway.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Brian S. Adams, 37, was charged Thursday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

— Alicia Jean Davis, 24, was charged Thursday with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

Reports

— At 10:42 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 112 Linden Way after heaters were removed from a residence.

— At 12:20 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Brown Proctor, 108 S. Main St., concerning an assault at another location.

— At 1:35 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1320 Bypass Road concerning a stolen mattress.

— At 4:20 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 22 Wainscott Ave. concerning a suspicious person.

— At 6:02 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a person making threats. Alicia Jean Davis was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— At 8:29 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Dairy Queen, 55 N. Main St., concerning a stolen cell phone.
