Family gives to Conkwright in daughter’s memory

- Fourth grade teachers at Conkwright Elementary School accept a check from the Alexis Thompson Foundation to allow the fourth grade students to see the movie “Wonder” after recently reading the book. The foundation was named for Alexis Thompson, which was founded through First Church of God after Thompson’s death last year and focuses on helping children.
