CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Roger Stollings, 36, of Hazard, was charged Friday with driving under the influence and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— Stephen Mellinger, 62, of 180 Casa Landa Way, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 1:54 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Fox’s General Store, 11220 Trapp Goffs Corner Road, after someone tried to break into an Ale-8-One machine.

— At 7:15 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 3448 Pine Ridge Road after someone broke into a van and stole tools.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one diabetic case.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Denzil J. Brewer, 24, was charged Monday with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and alcohol intoxication.

— Jack Brewer, 45, was charged Monday with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and alcohol intoxication.

— Leigh Lizer, 55, was charged Monday with driving under the influence and possessioof open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

Reports

— At 8:38 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 501 Kiwi Drive concerning an assault involving a juvenile.

— At 11:29 a.m. Monday, officers took a report after someone broke into the caller’s residence.

— At 3:19 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen package.

— At 5:09 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 17 N. Bloomfield Road concerning recovered property.

— At 7:25 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1525 W. Lexington Ave. concerning two people refusing to leave. Denzil J. Brewer and Jack Brewer were arrested.

— At 11 p.m. Monday, officer were called to Fulton Road and Westwood Drive concerning an assault.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:24 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Paris and Pretty Run roads.
