Ruby Elkins Angel, 82, of Winchester, widow of Daniel B. Angel, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Fountain Circle Health & Rehab.

A native of Perry Co. she was born on October 6, 1935 to the late Ernest Elkins and Ellen Mae Bowling Elkins. Ruby worked in quality control for Bundy Tubing and was a member of Trinity Church of God.

Survivors include four grandchildren, Tonya Carr (Robert) of Richmond, Anthony Wasson (Tanlee) of Richmond, Michelle Angel of Winchester and Sarah Angel of Lexington; one sister, Dora Jackson of Frankfort. She also leaves behind eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Dana Carol Angel, son, Mikel Douglas Angel and eight brothers and sisters.

Funeral Services to honor the life of Ruby Angel will be conducted at 1:00PM on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Billy Keller. Burial will follow in Clarmont Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will also be on Friday from 11:00AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
