— William Ray Helton, third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years; fraudulent use of a credit card, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent; theft of identity, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent; all consecutive to Fayette County sentence of five years.
