CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Mary Harris, 50, of 105 Colonial Park Drive, was charged Sunday with possession of methamphetamine and failure to use turn signal.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 50 general medical calls, eight cardiac cases, three respiratory cases and one stroke.

— At 12:17 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to an injury accident at Irvine and Trapp Goff’s Corner roads.

— At 1:01 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an unauthorized leaf fire at 205 Winn Ave.

— At 5:08 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a cooking fire at 131 Lindberg Ave.

— At 5:32 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an unauthorized fire at Mutual Avenue and Clay Street.

— At 6:59 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 384 Boone Ave. concerning downed utility lines.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Donte L. Jordan, 29, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— James Andrew McDonald, 31, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault, second-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal mischief.

— James Robert Pelfrey, 85, was charged Friday with retaliating against a participant in the legal process.

— David J. Smallwood, 28, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault.

— At 3:51 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a person who was in an injury accident.

— At 5:03 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning an assault.

— At 6:05 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 221 College St. concerning an assault. David J. Smallwood was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 8:32 a.m. Friday, officers took a rpeort concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 2:35 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 110 Pepperwood Court concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 6:22 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 204 E. Hickman St. concerning a stolen guitar.

— At 1:01 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning an EPO.

— At 6:08 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 156 Westside Drive concerning a threatening letter.

— At 1:56 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 14 W. Washington St. concerning a stolen bottle of rum.

— At 4:28 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 36 Lincoln St. concerning a dog attack.

— At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 702 Westwood Drive for a domestic disturbance. Donte L. Jordan was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:42 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 22 Franklin Ave. concerning a damaged vehicle.

— At 9:46 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 85 Tyler Banks Court concerning stolen video games.

— At 6:14 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 230 Carolina Ave. concerning an assault and property damage. James Andrew McDonald was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 8:54 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1103 Dale Drive concerning a stolen tool box from a truck.

— At 4:27 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 61 Melbourne St. concerning harassing communications.

— At 8:15 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 112 Ashland Ave. concerning a stolen truck.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:56 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Irvine and Trapp Goffs Corner roads.

— At 3:69 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with  call at 531 Acadia Way.
