The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 16, 2017, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Casey Creech, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 7.

— Casey R. Creech, possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 7.

— Ashley N. Harley, possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 12 months; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, probated for three years with drug court; sentencing Dec. 7.

— Ashley N. Harley, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive to previous case, sentencing Dec. 7.

— Michael Keith Lairson, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year and restitution; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Stephen Litteral, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 7.

— Zachary Glass, second-degree robbery, amended to theft by unlawful taking (misdemeanor), pleaded guilty, sentenced to 120 days.

— Daniel Bakovic, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, diverted for one year.

— Gail M. Estes, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent, probated for three years.

— Tim Rose, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent.

— Amanda Florian, second-degree escape, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Jessica Ryan Noble, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for five years.

— William Edward Owings, first-degree wanton endangerment (four counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to four years concurrent; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, sentenced to four days, 30-day license suspension, fined; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; third-degree assault, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.
