TUESDAY, NOV. 28

— Celebrate Recovery meeting, 7 p.m. at Calvary Christian Church, 15 Redwing Drive. The Landing meetings, a support group for ages 13 to 19, are 7 p.m. at the RAC, 17 S. Main St. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program based on the Eight Beatitudes, the 12 Steps and their Biblical comparison. THURSDAY, NOV. 30

— Bluegrass Heritage Museum group departs at 8 a.m. for day-long trolley tour of “The Festival of Trees” at Big Stone Gap, Virginia. The annual event showcases 81 trees, mantels, bannisters and doorways decorated by volunteers from schools, churches, families, businesses and civic groups. Group will return at 6 p.m. Cost is $40, which covers van, admission to museum and a box lunch. Seating is limited. Make reservations at  745-1358 before Nov. 27.

— “We need a little Christmas,” Winchester Chorale Christmas concert featuring Angelina Huguely on saxophone, 7:30 p.m. at First Christian Church. Concert is free, but a love offering will be collected to support the chorale.
