Charged

— Devan Webb, 31, of 2944 Trapp Goffs Corner Road, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— Willoughby Wendall, 35, of 2944 Trapp Goffs Corner Road, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 11:50 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to 107 Heather Lane after someone took several items from a truck during the night.

— At 11:38 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 9209 Iron Works Road concerning a possible accident and a dispute.

— At 10:30 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to 174 Ryan’s Mill Road concerning a domestic dispute.

— At 10:12 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a report of a gas leak on Irvine Road.

— At 10:29 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Autumn Court.

— At 6:05 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.

— At 5:45 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road.

— At 9:19 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wades Mill Road.

— At 2:57 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lamond Ruelle.

— At 7:32 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Pine Ridge Road.

— At 8:17 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Iron Works Road.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— Between Wednesday and Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 56 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, eight respiratory cases, four diabetic cases, four strokes, three seizures and three overdoses.

— At 1:23 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Rose Mary C. Brooks Place. It was a false alarm.

— At 5:45 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road near Morris Road.

— At 10:28 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the westbound 95 mile marker on Interstate 64.

Charged

— Chester William Ayers, 34, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Elizabeth Ann Bell, 36, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia and was served two warrants.

— Phillip M. Combs, 29, was charged Thursday with failure to maintain insurance, leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence.

— Tabitha Ann Davis, 33, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.

— Elizabeth B. Dawson, 27, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Justine J. Donohoe, 28, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence and was served a warrant.

— Aimee Goodrich, 24, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Joshua Hopkins, 35, was charged Friday with theft of identity and was served a warrant.

— Zachary Ryan K. Horton, 20, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jessica L. Jones, 34, was charged Thursday with fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by unlawful taking.

— Kayla Shalane Mitchell, no age given, was charged Sunday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

— Holly L. Pike, 46, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

— Bobby D. Proffitt, 47, was charged Saturday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Parker Martin Puckett, 25, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disregarding a stop sign.

— Thomas Stull, 79, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Jonathan Bryan Turner, 35, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence, disregarding a stop sign and failure to signal.

— At 9:12 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 363 Crescent Ave. after someone broke into a vehicle.

— At 1:47 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 44 N. Maple St. concerning a theft in progress. Holly L. Pike was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

— At 2:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning an incident at Planet Fitness.

— At 3:04 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning recovered stolen property.

— At 5:42 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a person trying to stab the caller.

— At 12:16 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 31 Sylvania Ave. after someone damaged a window with a BB gun.

— At 12:46 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 133 Heather Lane concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 3:25 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 101 E. Lexington Ave. after someone broke into an apartment and took two televisions, a DVD player, a sound bar and a pair of shoes.

— At 6:23 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 112 Holly Ave. concerning a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 10:13 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning an assault by two women.

— At 12:14 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

— At 1:57 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 123 W. Broadway St. concerning a stolen wallet and purse.

— At 10:18 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 9 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of a wallet. The suspect fled on foot.

— At 1:42 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1476 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an armed robbery.

— At 1:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 307 Hamilton St. concerning a fight in progress. One person was transported to the hospital for a self-inflicted wound.

— At 4:43 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Chester William Ayers was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
