The LLL Club  met Nov. 21 at Central Baptist Church for the regular monthly meeting and potluck.

President David Hoffman opened the meeting and led the group in praryer.

Lila Omohundro led the group in singing “There Shall Be Showers of Blessings,” and “Standing on the Promises,” accompanied by Peggy Snowden on the piano.

The devotional, “Give Thanks” and “Count Your Many Blessings,” was given by Lila Omohundro.

Chelsea Colley, guest speaker, recited a couple of poems she composed, “His words,” and “Master’s Plan.” She was introduced by Glenda Hoffman.

Minutes were read by Gayle Crowe and the treasurer’s report was given by Phyllis Henderson — both were approved as read.

“Out to Lunch” for Dec. 5 will be to Shakertown, with the bus leaving at 10 a.m.

The next club meeting will be at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 19.

Ken Durkin closed the meeting with prayer and gave the table blessing.
