WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to seven general medical calls, one cardiac case and one respiratory case.

— At 2:27 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a brush fire near Lincoln and Hickman streets.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:47 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 4274 Colby Road.

— At 2:28 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a brush fire on Irvine Road near Mina Station Road.

— At 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 6870 Old Boonesboro Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Trinity Ray Banks, 20, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Casey Leigh Moore, 31, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant,.

— Stacy Gail Schellig, 31, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Jeremiah Taulbee, 33, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Jeffrey Ryan Tipton, 23, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 62 Melbourne St. concerning an assault.

— At 2:51 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of medication.

— At 4:58 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 114 Holly Ave. concerning a stolen set of tires.

— At 5 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning two suspected shoplifters. Stacy Gail Schellig and Jeremiah Taulbee were arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 9:49 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 312 Buffalo Trace concerning a suspicious vehicle. Trinity Ray Banks and Jeffrey Tipton were arrested on drug-related charges.

— At 11:28 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 16 Vine St. concerning a theft of money.

— At 11:35 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1 Linden Lane concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 11:48 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 16 Goldie Ave. concerning a stolen Sony Xbox.
