Charged

— John G. Gaither, 74, of 264 Calmes Blvd., was charged Friday with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

— At 11:58 a.m. Saturday, deputies took a report concerning a trespassing complaint at 2500 White Turley Road.

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 40 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one seizure and two overdoses.

— At 9:25 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a downed power line at 227 Mutual Ave.

— At 12:58 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St. it was a false alarm.

— At 6:49 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 175 Winn Ave. for a stove fire.

— At 7:32 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Old Log Lick Road for an investigation.

— At 7:53 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on McClure Road.

— William Addison, 42, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary.

— Joshua J. Buck, 21, was charged Friday with being a fugitive from another state.

— James Dale Carmack, 33, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Ulises Garcia-Barrera, 43, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, no operator’s license and failure to maintain insurance.

— Aimee Goodrich, 24, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and no insurance.

— Anthony Michael Hall, 31, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Benjamin Franklin Larson, 34, was charged Sunday with one headlight and receiving stolen property.

— Latosha Noble, 29, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking, driving on a suspended operator’s license, failure to maintain insurance and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Ricky J. Sellers, 39, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Shawne Michael Woosley, 22, was charged Saturday with failure to illuminate headlamps, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence.
