LaTonia Rice Sweet has been appointed to the Kentucky Pharmacy and Therapeutics Advisory Committee by Gov. Matt Bevin.

Sweet, of Winchester, is a physician with Clark Physician Practices. She will represent psychiatrists in a community mental health center and serve for a term expiring Nov. 15, 2020.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Advisory Committee advises the governor, the secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and the commissioner of the Department for Medicaid Services on development and administration of an outpatient drug formulary.
