SHERIFF
Charged
— Henry Williams, 35, of 27 E. Washington St., was charged Wednesday with theft by deception and failure to appear (five counts).
— Jeffrey Christy, 25 of 340 Schollsville Road, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault.
WINCHESTER
FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls and one overdose.
— At 8:46 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1315 Enterprise Drive. It was caused by a broken sprinkler head.
— At 9:14 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 605 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.
— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases and two respiratory cases.
— At 6:31 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at Contech, 700 Tech Drive. Firefighters from Clark County and Lexington assisted.
— At 10 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an accident on Oxford Drive where a vehicle struck a building.
— At 3:36 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 18 N. Highland St. Clark County firefighters assisted.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 4:43 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 2240 Muddy Creek Road for an investigation.
— At 6:27 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 at the 104 mile marker.
— At 5:44 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 648 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 6:42 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 700 Tech Drive to assist Winchester Fire-EMS with a structure fire.
— At 4:12 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 18 N. Highland St. to assist Winchester Fire-EMS with a structure fire.
— At 5:37 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Montgomery County for mutual aid.

Charged
— Preston Daniel Gross, 29, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Katrina Lynn Allman, 21, was charged Thursday with first-degree wanton endangerment (six counts) and first-degree criminal mischief.
— Kelly Brewer, 35, was charged Thursday with leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence.
— Charles Tyler Hall, 18, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking and trafficking in marijuana.
— Destiny Ritchie, 19, was charged with falsely reporting an incident and theft by unlawful taking.

— At 12:10 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 115 E. Broadway St. for a person causing problems. Preston Daniel Gross was arrested and charged iwth public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— At 9:56 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1201 Westwood Drive concerning a stolen package.
— At 10:27 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.
— At 7:09 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 308 Essex Court concerning a stolen trailer.
— At 10:57 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St., concerning a lost or stolen wallet.
— At 3:26 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 951 Bypass Road concerning a suspected shoplifter.
— At 4:25 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.
— At 5:31 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 5 Hiawatha Trail concerning a theft from a garage.
