The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark District Court Dec. 8, 2017, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Dana Dunn, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Kevin R. Stevens, receiving stolen property, dismissed.

— Johnny Clark, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Jan. 18, 2018.

— Johnny Clark, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to five years.

— Patricia Joyce Miller, fraudulent use of a credit card more than $10,000, amended to less than $10,000, pleaded guilty, recommended five year diversion with restitution, sentencing Feb. 22, 2018.

— Clinton Price, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, sentencing Jan. 18, 2018.

— Clinton Price, possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent; third-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; sentencing Jan. 18, 2018.

— Anita Carol Raleigh, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended five years probated to mental health court; first-degree arson, dismissed; sentencing Jan. 18, 2018.

— Delina R. Sons, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; carrying a concealed deadly weapon, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; contempt of court, dismissed; sentencing Jan. 4, 2018.

— Delina R. Sons, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, consecutive to previous case, sentencing Jan. 4, 2018.

— Stephen Litteral, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years, probated for five years.

— Timothy Vancleve, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day, probated for five years.

— Johnathan D. Crowe, first-degree rape (two counts), amended to sexual misconduct, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 365 days; second-degree burglary (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to eight years concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
