CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Accidents

— At 8:52 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 101 mile marker in which Roman C. Duvall of Denton was traveling east when his vehicle went off the road, struck a rock wall and overturned. Duvall told deputies he fell asleep while driving. He was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 37 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke and one overdose.

— At 8:52 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near exit 101 on Interstate 64.

— At 4:16 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1315 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 6:30 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Hays Street.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Wayne Combs, 54, was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

— Sandra Gail Risner, 35, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking and was served a bench warrant.

— Theodore Sidney Slominsky, 68, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.

— Ashley Wheeler, 27, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 1:06 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a missing wedding ring.

— At 11:10 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 321 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 2:27 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning an assault at Brown Proctor Apartments.

— At 3:13 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 404 Pueblo Court concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 4:25 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 421 Wellington Way for a fight in progress.

— At 7:25 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a missing wallet.

— At 1:08 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft.

— At 11:45 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a fight in progress involving two males and baseball bats.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:32 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 7629 Red River Road.

— At 9:30 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 101 mile marker.
