Marcia Baber Miller passed away on December 24, 2017. She was born in Winchester, Kentucky on May 17, 1952 to the late Paul Snowden Baber and Cora Barrett. She led a blessed life full of love and laughter. Marcia loved the Lord, her family, and friends with all her heart. She is survived by her husband, Wayne A. Miller of Winchester, daughter, Cheri R. Miller of Lexington, mother, Cora Barrett of Winchester, brother, Greg Baber (Ilona Baber) of Somerset, and grandmother, Fannie Martin of Winchester. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 11 AM at Broadway Christian Church, Winchester, Kentucky.
