CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:16 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 12:18 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Wades Mill Road.

— At 1:47 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a chimney fire at 256 Cabin Creek Heights.

— At 11:56 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 106 Mary Way for a possible structure fire.

— At 3:55 p.m. Monday, firefighters provided mutual aid to Powell County.

— At 7:42 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 5:49 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 122 Summerhill Way.

— At 6:15 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 118 Monet Blvd.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Juan Rico Tello Antonio, 40, was charged Sunday with no operator’s license and driving under the influence.

— David Bennett, 35, was charged Friday with receiving stolen property.

— Alisha Brooks, 32, was charged Saturday with first-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Jerome Horton, 39, was charged Saturday with first-degree arson.

— Zachary M. Johnson, 27, was charged Monday with first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Karie L. May, 48, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Chytyra McCoy, 23, was charged Friday with giving officer a false name and theft by unlawful taking.

— Brian Keith McIntosh, 21, was charged Friday with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

— Danny Ray Neace, 46, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— Clayton Dwayne Hicks, 47, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and parole violation.

— Angela L. Litreral, 36, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Heather Lee Lowery, 35, was charged Tuesday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— At 12:30 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft. Karie L. May was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:16 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Fazoli’s, 16 Carol Road, concerning a lost or stolen wallet.

— At 12:31 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 226 Mutual Ave. for a fight in progress. David Bennett was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.

— At 1:24 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 21 N. Main St. concerning a theft.

— At 2:25 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Chytyra McCoy was arrested and charged with giving an officer a false name and theft by unlawful taking.

— At 3:03 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a possible assault.

— At 7:58 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 104 Pedro Way concerning a theft of liquor.

— At 10:41 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Washington and Spring streets concerning an explosion. Jerome Horton was arrested for first-degree arson and Alisha Brooks was arrested for first-degree fleeing or evading police.

— At 2:11 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 156 Magnolia St. concerning an assault.

— At 8:23 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 319 N. Main St. after a vehicle was vandalized.

— At 2:58 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 20 Cook Ave. to assist Winchester Fire-EMS.

— At 7 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 120 E. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 1:49 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a theft from a vehicle.

— At 2:01 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 8 Kentucky St. after someone threw a television through a vehicle’s windshield.

— At 3:36 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 133 Buckingham Lane for a harassment complaint.

— At 4:56 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1466 W. Lexington Ave. concerning two people making threats.

— At 8:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 4 N. Maple St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 12:03 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 155 Magnolia St. concerning a report of gunshots.

— At 12:15 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 549 Kiwi Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 1:12 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 106 Buffalo Trace concerning a theft of cash.

— At 11:34 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 12:19 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 341 S. Burns Ave. after someone broke into storage units.

— At 1:48 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning credit card fraud.

— At 5:07 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 201 S. Main St. concerning a property damage complaint.

— At 5:07 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 128 N. Maple St. for a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 5:10 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning credit card fraud.

— At 6:41 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 7 Calloway St. concerning a stolen camera.

— At 7:05 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 302 Westwood Drive concerning stolen patio furniture.

— At 8:16 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 300 C.G. Stephenson Drive after someone broke into the laundry and maintenance rooms.

— At 8:52 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Winchester Quick CAre, 56 N. Main St., after someone broke in and stole cash.

— At 10:19 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 8 Court St. after someone broke in during the weekend and took credit cards.

— At 10:28 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an assault .

— At 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen firearm.

— At 8:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 109 Bay Hill Drive concerning an attempted sexual assault.

Accidents

— At 2:45 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on Carol Road near West Lexington Avenue in which Isaac Gable of 2504 Irvine Road turned left onto Carol Road in front of an oncoming car, driven by Eric Goosey of 18 White Circle. Goosey’s passenger Rebecca Goosey was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 10:46 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident at 27 Meadow St. after a vehicle struck a house. Celia M. Cooper, of 25 Meadow St., said she was warming her car in the driveway and the accelerator stuck. Cooper said she put the transmission in drive, thinking it would help. The accelerator stuck and the car went from her driveway, went around the house and struck one corner. Cooper said she blacked out at that point. The car, a Toyota Camry, then struck a house owned by Jackie Hill at 27 Meadow St., which damaged the foundation. Cooper was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 10:57 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to Lafayette Boulevard concerning a vehicle vandalism complaint.

— At 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 2340 Schollsville Road after someone stole two firearms from a residence.

— At 3:07 p.m. Tuesday, deputies took a report concerning a person sending messages in violation of a domestic violence order.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one diabetic case.

— At 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 27 Meadow St. after a car struck a house.

Editor’s note: The Kristen Gough listed in the Dec. 28 police reports is not the same Kristen Gough that lives in Lexington, and is a Winchester native. The one charged  with theft by police gave an address of Portsmouth, Virginia.
