Jennifer Shrout, 45, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at University of Kentucky Medical Center.

A native of Winchester, Kentucky, she was born on July 12, 1972, to Phyllis Voils Bailey and the late Jimmie Shrout.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Heather Holbrook; step father, David Bailey; brother, Jimmy (Patsy) Shrout II; sister, Amanda Bailey; and aunt, Jerri Bailey.

Services will be at 1:00PM, Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home by Bro. Atwood Winkle. Burial will be in Jackson Cemetery in Bath County, KY.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00-7:00PM.
