City recognizes long-serving employees

The City of Winchester recognized employees for five, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service at its annual employee breakfast and service awards ceremony Dec.19. Pictured are Commissioner Rick Beach, City Manager Matt Belcher, Commissioner Kenny Book, Ken Kerns (retired city manager), Wendy Horseman (five years), Police Chief Kevin Palmer, Commissioner Shannon Cox, Mayor Ed Burtner, Public Works Director Pat Clark (25 years), retiring City Clerk Marilyn Rowe, Commissioner Kitty Strode, Brian Sewell (10 years) and Lee White (15 years).
