CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Michael Vance, 22, of Lexington, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.

— Heder Rodriguez, 32, of 315 Potomac Drive, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault.

— Penny Simmons, 60, of 4519 Paris Road, was charged Thursday with first-degree sexual assault.

Reports

— At 3:34 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to FastMart, 5400 Revilo Road, concerning a theft of lottery tickets. Michael Vance was arrested and charged with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:58 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 213 Moss Court for a domestic disturbance.

— At 2 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 2386 Basin Springs Road concerning a theft of property from a garage.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:41 a.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 1765 Muddy Creek Road for a chicken coop fire. All of the animals survived and the fire was extinguished.

— At 8:54 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 281 Rocky Top Court for a cat up a utility pole. The run was canceled after the cat came down before firefighters arrived.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Bobbie Jo Marshall, 38, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Reports

— At 11:51 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats toward the caller.

— At 1:07 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 411 Corinne Court concerning the theft of a rocking chair from a porch.

— At 5:50 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 130 E. Broadway St. after someone broke into an apartment.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two diabetic cases and one seizure.

— At 2:57 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 514 W. Lexington Ave.
