CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Joshua T. Shepherd, 36, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 6:14 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 2264 White Conkwright Road after someone entered a residence and took multiple firearms, a wallet, a cell phone and cash.

— At 10:59 p.m. Jan. 2, deputies were called to 204 Woodduck Court concerning a theft of medication.

WINCHESTER

FIRE-EMS

— From Friday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 25 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, three respiratory calls, two diabetic calls, two strokes, one overdose and one obstetric call.

— At 9:01 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at West Lexington and Burns avenues.

— At 3:48 p.m. Friday, an ambulance crew responded to a structure fire at 1411 Old Ruckerville Road with Clark County Fire Department.

— At 4:37 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Iron Works Road.

— At 5:15 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bullion Boulevard and Redwing Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Stephanie R. Arnett, 43, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Nathan Edward Brookshire, 26, was charged Sunday with second-degree wanton endangerment, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

— Freda S. Burton, 44, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault and terroristic threatening.

— Kevin Todd Campbell, 39, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of a drug paraphernalia.

— Harry Clem, 56, was charged Friday with first-degree sodomy.

— Jimmy C. Griggs, no age given, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Donith Benny Lee, 28, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Mary Lynn Ripy, 23, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.

— Tommy Keith Watkins, 36, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 12:36 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning stolen checks.

— At 4:10 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 40  Winchester Plaza after tools were taken from a vehicle.

— At 7:21 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 511 Pearl St. concerning an assault.

— At 6:17 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 19 Wainscott Ave. after someone attempted to break into a building.

— At 9:28 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 300 Belmont Ave. for a domestic disturbance. Nathan Brookshire was arrested and charged with second-degree wanton endangerment, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

— At 9:55 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 147 Sunset Heights concerning a theft from a vehicle.

— At 1:15 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 110 Linden Lane for an assault. Mary Lynn Ripy was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 2:20 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 222 S. Highland St. concerning a theft of a heater and small items from a camper.

— At 4:29 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 546 Country Club Court concerning a stolen ring.

— At 4:32 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 243 Boone Ave. concerning a suspicious person. Kevin Todd Campbell was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 9:41 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 22 Winchester Plaza concerning a stolen purse.

Accidents

— At 2:57 p.m. Jan. 3, officers responded to an injury accident on Talbott Avenue in which Vickie Eubank of 2863 Old Boonesboro Road, was attempting to turn into a parking lot from West Lexington Avenue when her vehicle was struck by another one driven by Eleanor E. Tonimarie of Hobe Sound, Florida. Tonimarie said the other vehicle turned in front of her and she could not avoid the collision. Eubank was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
