Main St. Chataqua program on “Jean Ritchie, Damsel with a Dulcimer.” Jean Ritchie, born in Perry County, was a recording artist, commercial performers, author and composter known as “the mother of folk.” She will be portrayed by Rachel Lee Rogers. Program is free. Doors open at 6 p.m. Museum is handicapped accessible at side entrance. Refreshments will be served.

— Martin Luther King Day celebration, 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Event includes breakfast, performances by the George Rogers High School choir and band, and a keynote address from Martha Miller. The celebration will finish with a march to the Clark County Courthouse.

— Clark County Landlord Association meeting, 6 to 7 p.m. at Clark County Courthouse Fiscal Court room. This is a free community event for members and non members.
