— Jade Garden, 1623 Bypass Road, 93 percent.

— Mi Pueblo, 415 N. Main St., beef held at 119 degrees, personal drink without lid and straw on food prep table, wiping cloth sanitizer above acceptable level. Follow-up 97 percent.
