CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 2112 Ford Hampton Road after someone used the caller’s personal information to obtain a credit card.

— At 3:07 p.m. Tuesday, deputies took a report concerning a person receiving threatening text messages.

— At 4:42 p.m. Jan. 12, deputies were called to Iron Works Road concerning a stolen vehicle.

WINCHESTER

FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, three diabetic cases and one seizure.

— At 6:29 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 4000 Corporate Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 6:31 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2005 Fortune Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 9:44 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1315 Enterprise Drive. It was caused by a sprinkler malfunction.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:19 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 5000 Combs Ferry Road for an investigation.

— At 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 2340 Miller Hunt Road for an animal rescue.

— At 3:32 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 743 Dogwood Lane.

Charged

— Cecil George Edward Caudill, 41, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.

— Melissa L. Finney, 30, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Ariel Milliner, 18, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

— Andrew W. Phillips, 37, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Steven Wayne Smith, 18, was charged Monday with receiving stolen property and alcohol intoxication.

— At 1:59 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 101 S. Burns Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 5:19 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 319 S. Main St. concerning an assault.

— At 5:47 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 319 N. Main St. after someone found a plastic bag of cocaine.

— At 10:29 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 114 Holly Ave. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 11:07 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 405 S. Main St. for a property damage complaint.

— At 3:18 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 201 N. Main St. concerning a suspected shoplifter. Melissa L. Finney was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 3:25 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Andrew W. Phillips was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 3:39 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 12 Denny Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 6:50 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 156 Westside Drive concerning an assault.

— At 4:20 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a domestic disturbance. Cecil George Edward Caudill was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 5:02 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 226 Mutual Ave. after someone broke into an office and took equipment.

— At 6:30 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 12:25 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 117 Sycamore St. concerning an assault.

— At 4:12 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 21 E. Lexington Ave. after someone broke into a residence and stole shoes.

— At 10:19 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 104 Jackson St. after someone broke into the caller’s vehicle and left a small handgun or paintball gun in the vehicle. Steven Wayne Smith and a 17-year-old male were arrested on multiple charges.

— At 1:16 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 8 N. Bloomfield Road concerning a stolen heat pump.

— At 1:24 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 4:02 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a theft of jewelry.
