— William Hatton, fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 364 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— William Hatton, public intoxication, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; concurrent with previous case.

— April Exum, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Feb. 15.

— Kimberly Henderson, third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; third-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, recommended 90 days concurrent; theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended 90 days concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Feb. 15.

— Sarah Christine Hall, complicity to third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended two years consecutive; sentencing Feb. 15.

— Benjamin C. Harrison, second-degree burglary, amended to third-degree, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
