— Family Wreath Mania, 4 to 7 p.m. at Clark County Public Library.

— Winchester Board of Commissioners special meetings, 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. Agenda items include presentation of the Eugene Gay Splash Park project and first reading of an ordinance approving a zone change for property at 125-127 E. Broadway St.
