WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 24 general medical calls, two respiratory cases, one stroke, one seizure, two overdoses and one obstetric case.

— At 3:14 p.m. Friday, EMS crews responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 102 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 12:38 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 15 Boone Ave. after a furnace motor overheated. There was no fire.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:15 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 102 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 6:56 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Boonesboro and Old Boonesboro roads.

— At 5 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Old Log Lick Road.

— At 8:10 am. Sunday, firefighters were called to 181 Chardonnay Court for an investigation.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Robert Christian Bond, 39, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts).

— James Cornelius, 20, was charged Saturday with first-degree robbery.

— Brandon C. Jones, no age given, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault, alcohol intoxication and third-degree criminal mischief.

— Joel Dean Layne, 37, was charged Saturday with failure to appear, having more than one operator’s license, fraudulent use of ID card (two counts) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Melvin P. Litteral, 47, was charged Friday with prohibited possession of a loaded gun in a room where alcoholic beverages are sold, alcohol intoxication and failure to notify state of address change.

— Teresa Mae Ross, 53, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Cody Ray White, 25, was charged Sunday with first-degree burglary, first-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree criminal mischief and tampering with physical evidence.

— At 12:08 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 923 Bypass Road concerning a person trying to start a fight. Melvin Litteral was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:13 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 19 Meadow St. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 2:47 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 204 Jackson St. concerning harassing communications.

— At 3:22 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 63 Clay St. concerning a stolen generator.

— At 4:49 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 543 N. Maple St. for a domestic disturbance.

— At 6:35 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter. Teresa Mae Ross was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 7:27 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 58 N. Main St. concerning a stolen couch and love seat.

— At 7:29 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 127 E. Broadway St. concerning a theft of an iPhone and cash.

— At 9:05 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning an armed robbery.

— At 5:31 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a possible DVO violation.

— At 6:36 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 501 Kiwi Drive after someone broke a door and threw a grill.

— At 9:59 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 960 Interstate Drive, after someone took photos of people in the pool and left.

— At 2:28 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 610 Westwood Drive concerning an assault. Brandon C. Jones was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 10:38 a.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 2:42 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 119 Buckner St. after someone broke in and took tools.

— At 6:56 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.

— At 7:59 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 215 Winn Ave. concerning stolen perfume.
