Less than week left to file for office
The deadline to file as a candidate for the May primary is almost at hand, and several offices are still unopposed.
Candidates have until 4 p.m. Jan. 30 to submit their candidate paperwork to the county clerk’s office for county offices or the Kentucky Secretary of State for multi-county offices such as judicial races or seats in the Kentucky General Assembly.
At the close of business Monday, the following candidates had filed for office.
