Charged

— Greg Groen, 67, of 576 Browning Lane, was charged Tuesday with torture of a cat or dog.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases two respiratory cases and one seizure.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:44 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 55 Sewell Shop Road.

— At 12:49 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 844 Epperson Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Raymond S. Howard, 42, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, careless driving and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Enos Little, 44, was charged Tuesday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— Daniel Eric Nantz, 35, was charged Tuesday with second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served two warrants.

— At 11:16 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1467 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen U-Haul car trailer.

— At 2:34 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning

a theft.

— At 2:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 535 E. Washington St. concerning a theft of an iPhone, medication and keys.

— At 4:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St., concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

— At 5:39 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 15 Sterling St. concerning an assault.

— At 6:26 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 543 N. Maple St. concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 11:18 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a possible sexual abuse case.
