CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 8:33 a.m. Thursday, deputies took a report concerning a forged check.

— At 10:32 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Dollar General, 1220 Irvine Road, concerning a suspect stealing items from the store. Jonathan Flinchum was arrested and charged with multiple offenses.

— At 4:43 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 11 Lynnway Drive concerning the theft of aluminum wheels from a vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls and two cardiac cases.

— At 12:02 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Boone Avenue and College Street.

— At 12:48 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Paris Road and Fortune Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Clinton Mullins, 39, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault and terroristic threatening.

— Ronnie Dale Williams, 41, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

Accidents

— At 12:01 p.m. Thusday, officers responded to an injury accident on Boone Avenue in which Charity M. Crowe of 2511 Surrey Court was traveling north and did not see a stopped vehicle, driven by Chassidy P. Keeton of 8644 Mount Sterling Road. Keeton was waiting to turn left onto College St. Crowe and her passenger, Shawneda Crowe of 250 Mutual Ave., were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 12:46 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to an injury accident on Paris Road in which Edith Graybill of 233 Plantations was attempting to turn left onto Paris Road and did not see an oncoming vehicle, driven by Larry G. Woosley of Mount Sterling. Woosley said he tried to avoid the collision but was unsuccessful. Graybill was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
