Anyone 50 or older is invited to attend. The meeting will be cancelled if Clark County Public Schools are cancelled for inclement weather.

— Special Winchester Municipal Utilities board meeting, 5 p.m., at the WMU office, 150 N. Main St.

— Clark County Extension Service winter school, 6 p.m. at Extension Office, 1400 Fortune Drive. Agritourism night will include discussion of roadside products stand and fall festivities, starting a fall agritourism venture and legal consideration for agritourism in Clark County.
