WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases, one stroke and one overdose.

Charged

— Adam R. Dodson, 37, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Llewellyn C. Fletcher, 41, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Greshon Lamarr Jeson Higgins, 18, was charged Tuesday with one headlight, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, receiving stolen property, first-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence, failure to report traffic accident, leaving the scene of an accident and no operator’s license.

Reports

— At 12:53 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Lexington Avenue for a pursuit. Greshon Higgins was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 11:14 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 128 N. Maple St. after someone broke into a residence and took property.

— At 11:33 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Washington and Oliver streets for a criminal littering complaint.

— At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 100 Vaught Road concerning a juvenile being assaulted.

— At 6:47 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 30 Winchester Plaza concerning a person carrying a large knife. Adam R. Dodson was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning the theft of a vaporizer.
