The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Jan. 24, 2018, with Judge Earl-Ray Neal presiding.

— Daniel Mockabee-Hale, possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, seven days, credit for time served; contempt of court (two counts), pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Donald Bakers, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days.

— Joshua Buck, fugitive from another state, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed.

— Billy Jason Estes, disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, 13 days, credit for time served; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 120 days conditionally discharged; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Charles Harrison, third-degree burglary, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 165 days conditionally discharged.

— Ryan W. Mayer, tampering with physical evidence, prohibited use of electronic communications system to procure minor for a sexual offence, use of a minor in a sexual performance, waived to grand jury.

— Aaron Tanner, no or expired registration plate, dismissed; failure to produce insurance ard, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 150 days conditionally discharged.

— Jonathan Wright, failure to maintain insurance, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 166 days conditionally discharged; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; careless driving, dismissed.
