CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 648 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, one respiratory case and one overdose.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— George Cecil Harris, 56, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Brook N. McKinney, 28, was charged Monday with public intoxication and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— Paul Smith, 39, was charged Monday with receiving stolen property, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Richard Lynn Vancleve, 42, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Reports

— At 6:46 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 925 Rolling Hills Lane concerning a burglary.

— At 6:54 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 850 Bypass Road concerning an assault.

— At 10:18 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 600 Bypass Road after someone broke into a store.

— At 1:04 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft from a residence.

— At 1:51 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of cash from a wallet.

— At 8:49 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 22 Lisle Lane after someone broke into a residence and took two televisions and an Xbox.
