The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Feb. 1, 2018, with Judge William Clouse presiding.

— Danny R. Abney, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, amended to trafficking, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Danny R. Abney II, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, concurrent with previous case.

— Amber Burgess, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years diverted for three years, sentencing March 8.

— Christopher Hisle, flagrant non-support (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, sentencing March 8.

— Donald Thomas Miller, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing March 8.

– Darrin Ray Tays, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; public intoxication, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; violation of conditions of release (two counts), dismissed; sentencing March 8.

— Darrin Ray Tays, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; consecutive to previous case, sentencing March 8.

— Darrin Ray Tays, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive to previous cases, sentencing March 8.

— Herbert Wayne Harrison, first-degree sexual abuse, dismissed; first-degree rape, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, recommended seven years; first-degree sodomy, dismissed; sentencing April 19.

— Jesse R. Long, solicitation to murder, amended to first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing March 8.

— Timothy Vancleave, probation violation, probation revoked, sentence imposed.

— Jamie Overpeck, first-degree trafficking in a controlled sentence (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each, consecutive, sentencing March 8.
