— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, three respiratory cases, one overdose and one seizure.

Charged

— James Evans, 34, was charged Thursday with failure to appear, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), third-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), second-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), public intoxication, buying or possession drug paraphernalia, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500 and was served a warrant.

— Stacey Lynn Johnson, 29, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary.

— Wayne Melton, 35, was charged Thursday with violation of a city ordinance (no through truck traffic).

— Sarah Lee Willoughby, 32, was charged Thursday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— At 12:14 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 175 Hospital Drive concerning public intoxication. Stacy Willoughby was charged with alcohol intoxication.

— At 3:34 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning public intoxication.

— At 4:56 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1520 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an assault.

— At 9:22 am. Thursday, officers took a report of a stolen license plate.

— At 1:29 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a juvenile complaint at 170 Westside Drive.

— At 4:03 p.m. Thursday, officers espoused to 951 Bypass concerning a theft of a drill an battery pack.

— At 5:29 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 6:41 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 221 W. Broadway St. concerning a prowler.
