Charged
— La Monte Troy Danley, 55, of Winchester, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication.
— Ricardo Hernandez, no age given, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence)
— James Hudson, 47, was charged Wednesday with driving on a DUI suspended license and improper parking violations.
— Serghei Mirosnicenco, 29, was charged Wednesday with violation of a city ordinance (no through truck traffic).
— Darion Lee Sims, 22, was charged Wednesday with no operator’s license, leaving the scene of an accident and was served a fugitive warrant.
— Dominic Vancleve, 25, was charged Wednesday with two counts of third-degree assault of a police officer.
— Paul Whisman, 44, was charged Wednesday with no brake lights.

— At 12:21 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 13 Victory Ave. concerning a domestic disturbance.
— At 1:33 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road (Walmart) concerning a theft. The employees said a male suspect ran through the exit door in the toys section, broke the door, ran through lawn and garden, scaled the gate and headed toward Taco Bell.
— At 9:37 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 1520 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a hit and run.
— At 1:04 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the area of Main Street and Cleveland Avenue concerning a man verbally harassing a female pedestrian.
— At 3:28 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 33 First St. concerning a hit and run.
— At 4:06 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 118 E. Broadway St. concerning an assault.
— At 5 p.m. Wednesday, officers respond to 175 Hospital Drive concerning someone attempting to break into vending machines.
— At 5:50 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 116 E. Broadway St. concerning a cell phone found in front of the residence.
— At 5:51 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report of a stolen vehicle.
— At 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report of a theft of $259.

FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, emergency medical personnel responded to 10 general medical calls.
— At 7:39 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a fall alarm sounding at 4 N. Maple St.
— At 9:08 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted Clark County Fire Department with a structure fire at Four Mile Road and Branch Lane.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:05 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a structure fire involving a storage building at the area of Four Mile Road and Branch Lane. There were no injuries reported.
