CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 7 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 403 Verna Drive concerning a person threatening to steal a television.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 29 general medical calls, three respiratory cases, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 12:57 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 160 Pedro Way. It was a false alarm.

— At 7:50 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass and Colby roads.

— At 10:45 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 274 April Way after smoke detectors went off. The detectors were faulty.

— At 5:17 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Paris Road and Plantation Drive.

— At 12:17 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Rose Mary C. Brooks Place, 200 Rose Mary Drive. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:01 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an electrical fire at 4570 Iron Works Road.

— At 5:19 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 118 Blueberry Lane.

— At 5:26 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 455 Greenway Drive for an investigation.

— At 10:18 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with  call at 125 Duvall Lane.

— At 5:19 p.m. Saturday, firefighter were called to the 5700 block of Iron Works Road for a smell of gas.

— At 11:03 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 116 Quail Ridge Road.

— At 2:48 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 4625 Four Mile Road concerning downed power lines.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Michial Lamont Dunn, 47, was charged Saturday with failure to comply with sex offender registration and a probation violation.

— Terri Lynn Martinez, 51, was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary.

— Erica Mullins, 35, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Charlene Pierce, 44, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 12:37 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 110 Shoppers Village Plaza after someone broke into a locked case and stole a bracelet.

— At 1:41 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 2:30 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a theft from a motor vehicle.

— At 4:56 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1611 Bypass Road concerning missing money.

— At 7:38 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 137 Boone Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 7:53 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road concerning a theft. Charlene Pierce was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking,

— At 7:07 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 101 Talbott Ave. concerning a stolen motorcycle.

— At 7:36 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning stolen license plates.

— At 10:04 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Terri Martinez was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 9:57 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 355 E. Washington St., concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 6:09 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 250  Oxford Drive concerning a theft.

— At 7:30 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 8:57 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 146 Magnolia St. concerning a person making threats toward the caller.

Accidents

— At 7:49 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Kaytlynn M. Williams of 87 Hillcrest Drive said she was traveling south and had a green light to cross Colby Road as another vehicle was turning from onto Colby Road. The two vehicles collided. The other driver, Aubriana M. Richards of 812 Two Mile Road, said she had the green light before she made the turn. A witness said Richards had the green light. Richards was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
