WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, one respiratory case and one stroke.

— At 9:52 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple and Broadway streets.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:32 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 420 Mount Vernon Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Carl Riley Espy, 40, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Donald Wayne Foster, 55, was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Wayne Lee McIntosh, 27, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary.

— William A. Ristau, 23, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.

Reports

— At 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a vehicle that was broken into Monday.

— At 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1320 Bypass Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 1:28 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 173 Buckingham Lane after someone broke into a truck and stole tools.

— At 9:09 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats.

— At 11:14 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 106 Alabama St. for a domestic disturbance Wayne Lee McIntosh was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
